During the season (June-Dec 2011), we will send out a weekly email of what’s available to interested restaurants. Emails will be sent out Sundays and orders can be delivered by noon on Tuesday if received by 11 pm on Monday night and by noon on Friday if received by 11 pm Thursday night. Our CSA takes up the majority of our produce, but there are bumper crops, speciality items and surplus produce from the CSA that we would like to offer you. Through this year and next year, we are transitioning to selling to restaurants on an informal “contract” basis. For instance, we supply Grain and Gristle with 15-20 pounds of lettuce mix every week and Firehouse Restaurant with 5-7 lbs. of arugula every week. If you’d like to work together to plan for a specific crop or crops your restaurant uses on a regular basis, please let us know and we can work together in the offseason to do crop-planning specific to your restaurant.
